Paper
This is my latest skill to acquire, but one I am really
enjoying.  This is also a craft that can be completely
personalized.  Some ideas I've had so far are using
newspaper from the day a baby was born to make birth
announcements or birthday cards, using wedding programs
to make anniversary cards, and, of course, invitations,
Christmas and birthday cards, as well as paper just to have
around.  This paper is also excellent for scrapbooking
borders and items, as well as for recipe/notecards.  Just
email me to discuss pricing on speciality items.

I am naming my paper projects for their components, so, the
paper pictured above is named 'tree paper' because that is
what it looks like to me.  More examples will be coming
soon.

Paper making is very labor intensive, requiring a lot of time
and a lot of steps.  I need at least a week's notice for small
orders and two weeks notice for larger orders.

While I can make envelopes to go with paper projects, I
have been told by other paper makers that hand made paper
envelopes sometimes do not survive the rigors of the
modern postal service.  Therefore, if you are going to mail
your cards, I would suggest that you use commercial
envelopes, which I can order in any of a variety of sizes and
colors for you.  If you are just going to hand out your cards,
I'll be more than happy to hand make envelopes for you.
